Accurate Onsite, LLC Septic Design & Planning Ohio updated regulations for septic treatment systems as of 1/1/2015--we are system designers.

Accurate Onsite, LLC was founded by Bill Walker and Andy Hill as we were coming out of the land development business. We were encouraged to get into septic design & planning by a county sanitarian friend when Ohio's regulations were first updated in 2007 (finalized 2015). We take the results of a soil evaluation by a certified pedologist (soil scientist) and turn it into a site specific design. We

live in Wayne and Ashland counties, but we also will work in Richland, Holmes, Stark, Summit, Medina, Lorain or Huron county at our regular rates. We have and will work other counties farther out ( charging a bit more for the extra travel/mileage/time). Our normal rates are from $650 and up for more complex system types. Calling us, texting or emailing is the way we'd prefer to hear from you--our office is your job site!
