I can thoroughly recommend this cheeky little number! Available at Mercadona in Rute. Pata Negra means Black Leg which is a favoured iberico ham, not to be confused with Pato Negro (as I did) which means Black Duck much to the hilarity of the locals!

Just launching the page for the holiday cottage in Andalucia, the pool construction is starting this month designed by the architect who renovated the local Moorish Castle so promises to be quite a feature with a fantastic view of the lake. Its the ideal tranquil getaway. We'll update you when we get images of the build!
