When I was living in Little Italy and Cleveland Heights, I used to tell people that I existed within a 5-mile radius. Everything I needed—job, shopping, sightseeing—was 10-15 minutes away. In this segment on NPR, Mayor Bibb makes the case for the 15-Minute city, “a solution to climate change spreading from Paris to Cleveland.”

The "15-minute city" is an urban planning concept that aims to increase quality of life and reduce planet-heating pollution. But it faces obstacles, including conspiracy theories.

"The Cleveland celebration on Friday at Edwins Too featured a meal of salmon rillettes, Coq au Vin, locally-made cheeses from Marchant Manor Cheese and plenty of Beaujolais Nouveau wine. A great evening raising funds for the French Cultural Gardens project in Cleveland. We’re well on our way to funding the replica of the bridge in Claude Monet’s garden in Giverny that we plan to commission and install in 2025 and a new community garden terrace."
