This is *the trip* that made me fall in love with travel. I had traveled all over the US growing up (mainly for competitive fastpitch softball tournaments), and we had been to the all-inclusive rows in Mexico a few times. But this trip was something special.

I had the opportunity to study abroad in college. It was program that gave you the ultimate tour of this beautiful country, and travel journalism credits. Several weeks all over Greece, and a 7 day cruise around the Greek isles. I got to actually immerse myself in a different culture. Eat the REAL food of the country, and see and talk to so many different people from all over. I adored every bit of it.

I graduated college that next year, with not a clue of what I wanted to do, and shortly after had my daughter. I vowed to myself to WORK FOR MYSELF so 1. I could be a present parent and 2. I would never have someone tell me how much time I could take off and when so that I could travel the world.

And nearly 14 years later I am living out that dream, and more so even now with this new path I am on as your Travel Advisor.
