FINAL UPDATE from north Taiwan now. Although safer here in North Taiwan, it’s starting to get too dangerous to be outside. #typhoon #kongrey is having a stronger effect than Kathron did in Tamsui District, North of Taipei in New Taipei City.
Still not as hazardous as central and south, but it’s no longer safe to walk outside.
