Interventional Pain Management
Most pain disorders have an identifiable source of pain known as a pain generator. Interventional pain management is the field of medicine dedicated to identifying these pain generators and successfully treating them through a variety of minimally invasive procedures. Most of these procedures are done right in the office, under x-ray guidance. They
are very safe, rarely take more than a few minutes, and will not interfere with the rest of your day. We utilize these procedures, along with adjunctive treatments (i.e. physical therapy and medications if needed) to obtain the best results possible for our patients. In doing so, we are often able to avoid the need for long-term narcotic use and more invasive surgical treatment. Vein Care

Physical therapy is an integral component of pain management. In many cases, conservative care via physical therapy, osteopathic manipulations, and reasonable short-term medication management may be sufficient for successful treatment of pain. In many more situations, physical therapy and manipulations are a very good supplement to the injections performed by the physicians of Centers For Pain Control. Combining these techniques with the inections is known as multi-modal therapy, and tends to be the most effective means of obtaining the best results possible. We firmly believe in this approach and therefore offer physical therapy and osteopathic manipulations as one of our services. The physicians work closely with our rehabilitation providers to ensure the highest quality care.
