pent my time running all over the place only to be turned down when a simple quick email would have sufficed. Companies do not give feedback or respond in a timely fashion. The list of requirement were also very unrealistic. How can a new graduate have the required 8 plus years experience in a field??! Another major problem is the number of innovative businesses needs to increase. A lot of business owners only care about putting money in their own pockets as opposed to investing in their companies. This is something tha has too change. We want to lead by example and invest in our own... We want to hire new graduates. Experience can only be gained by working and it is insensitive of me to ask for something that most people dont have. KaluKaluKa will have have a database of respectful and well managed businesses (new and old) that are looking to hire YOU. This mean that as a new graduate you wil know all the available companies in your chosen profession. This platform is based in Africa and that is the market we care about the most. You might not be able to find what your looking for in your home country but your skills may be needed in other countries. This platform will increase your exposure to a wider jobs market..we want to speed up the process of applications and searches. we believe our platform will make the process less talking and more cost effective.
