I was invited and selected as a top agent to join in the pre conference ambassador program. We had small group meeting’s with just under 20 supplier partners, managers, directors of sales, to learn and grow in our business. This was followed by an impressive hosted dinner.
I feel proud and thankful to be a part of this select group of top agents and suppliers.
Conference starts tomorrow!

HOLIDAY HOURS!

It’s almost December which means it’s time to share my Holiday Office Hours!

I will be working “regular hours” Dec 2-11th & 17-20th which is Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm.

I will be closed December 12-16th - during these dates I will only be available for emergencies

Limited Hours December 21st - January 5th - I will be working minimal hours over the break, I will still be working on files that I have already been working on along with emergencies but I will not be taking on new bookings through these dates.

Last month I was lucky enough to travel to Cancun and the Mayan riviera on a work FAM. (Familiarization trip) These trips are so valuable to what I do and my business to best know the product that I sell the most as well as connect with agents and sales managers at each resort.
This month I’m here on a family vacation. But I really never stop as of course only being away for 8 nights I still have to experience 2 different areas and resorts. We are visiting the Iberostar Selection Playa Mita and next the Dreams Vallarta Bay. I was lucky enough to visit both of these resorts in 2019 but with the ever changing quality and renovations it’s important to keep up to date on what I sell.

Every vacation packing list must have.
Ziploc bags. Here’s what I use them for:
- dirty or wet clothes (bathing suits)
- liquids to prevent them from leaking in my bag
- snacks! This is a big one, I always have ziplocs at all inclusives to pack Buffett snacks for through the day so we don’t have to leave the beach etc. more so when the kids were younger but we use them a lot when we are about to leave the resort to come home and I don’t want to be subject to airport or airplane food for our whole family. Same with Disneyland we’d order groceries and pack snacks for the park.

I would like to thank all of you for the support over the last 10 years as Amanda - Mackenzie Travel.

As many of you know Mackenzie Travel closed it's doors in March 2022, it was time for them to retire and enjoy what life has to offer.

I have decided to join The Travel Agent Next Door and will be offering the same great service I always have.

I look forward to continuing to help you plan and book your future Sun Vacations and Destination Weddings!

For those of you with current bookings through me, nothing will change on your end. It'll be a smooth transition and aside from my business name and invoicing program all is still the same.
