•What are the Halloween Horror Nights (HHN)event nights for 2024? 👻

•What time does the event start?
6:30 PM
•What time does the event end?
2 AM

•What is Stay and Scream?
If you have a valid daytime ticket or annual pass for Studios AND a valid ticket or pass for HHN (for the same day), Stay and Scream allows you to stay in the park from 5 pm (when the park closes to daytime guests) until HHN starts. While they empty the park of guests and set up for the night’s event, you stay in a holding area (you have a choice of a few) instead of having to leave the park. Depending on the area you choose, there are some food and drink options. You get released before they open the main gate, which allows you to get a head start on one or two houses.
Stay and Scream is FREE. If you do not have a valid daytime ticket or pass to US, you can purchase a Scream Early ticket, which gives you admission to the park at 3 pm and allows you to do Stay and Scream. (See below.)

•What is Scream Early?
A Scream Early ticket ($55) gives you admission to US at 3 pm. You can enjoy two hours of park time before going to your chosen holding area for Stay and Scream.

•If I have a daytime ticket (or annual pass) to US, do I need to purchase a Scream Early ticket?
No. Stay and Scream is included.
You only need to purchase Scream Early if you do not have a valid daytime ticket or pass to the park.

•What rides are open during the event?
Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™ (planned to operate until 11pm)
MEN IN BLACK™ Alien Attack™ (planned to remain open until 2am)
TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D (planned to operate until 11pm)
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (planned to remain open until 2am)
Revenge of the Mummy (planned to remain open until 2am)

EXPRESS PASSES!
•How does the Express Pass work at HHN?
HHN Express is good for one use per house/ride/attraction per night.

•How late do the hotel shuttle buses and water taxis operate?
Universal has stated that transportation will run until “CityWalk is clear.” Generally, transportation runs until one hour after the event closes.

•Can I wear a costume to HHN?
Costumes with masks are not permitted. You cannot wear anything that might cause you to be mistaken as a scare actor or other HHN personnel. You CAN wear character-inspired and HHN/spooky/Halloween-inspired outfits. If you aren’t sure if your outfit is within accepted parameters, bring a change of clothes with you just in case.

•Can I take photos and/or videos in the houses?
No. No phones or cameras are permitted to be “out” while you are walking through the houses.
Phones/photos are allowed in scare zones but the flash must be turned OFF.

•“It’s so dark! Can I use a flashlight or glow stick in the houses?”
No. Any items that light up (blinky cups, light-up headwear, necklaces, etc. must be turned off upon entering haunted houses.
