Guancasco is a Fair Trade business that supports Honduran artisans for their personal development. All of the
work we do is guided by our fair trade principles.

The Guancasco team works with Honduran artisans to sell their
artistry to consumers in developed regions of the world. The whole purpose
of Guancasco is to provide a better way of life for the Honduran
people. That starts with selling beautiful art work and crafts, but it
also encompasses our environmental practices, medical care donations, educational scholarships for children of our artisans, an

d fair pay-always. Guancasco, a family-run business, has an advantage in operations,
because we understand the export business. For years, our family has run Alyser, a Honduran ornamental plant export company. Because of our experience in packaging and export logistics, we manage to keep Guancasco's costs low and pass on those savings to the artisans.
