Well done to our minor camoige team this morning who qualified for the Roinn B county Final with a great win over mooncoin in mooncoin. Danesfort got the first score with a point mooncoin then equalised and then hit a purple patch scoring 2 3 with out reply. Danesfort goaled and mooncoin fired over another point . Danesfort where then getting a grip on the game in the middle third and hit 1 1 .mooncoin hit 2 points back came Danesfort with 2 goals to leave the score at half time Danesfort 4 3 to mooncoin 2 7. Danesfort went 5 ahead at the start of the new half mooncoin goaled to leave 2 in it points were traded then for next four scores . Danesfort then finished with the last 3 points. A great win for our girls against a very gallant mooncoin team who never gave up both teams must be commended for a very tough skilfull and exciting game from first whistle to last.. All over the field Danesfort had star performers. Final score Danesfort 4 11 mooncoin 3 9. County final now to look forward to in two weeks time. Well done team and management ⚫🟡.
