Happy Halloween! 🎃 One of my favorite spots that truly balls out for Halloween is Salem, Massachusetts. An army of Frankensteins, actual witch trial sites, eerie museums, and so much more.

Enjoy this post from deep in the archives (2015!).

Visiting Salem, Massachusetts is a must for any autumn trip to New England. Here’s my experience exploring the site of the famous witch trials!

✨New post!✨

I'm so excited to share my review of Searching for Jimmy Page by Christy Alexander Hallberg. Set in 1988, the novel is about an 18-year-old girl who, in coming to terms with the su***de of her Led Zeppelin-obsessed mother, charts off to England to get answers about her father's identity. Could it be Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page?

You'll find out in the novel! Set for release on October 20th.

A special thanks to Christy Alexander Hallberg for giving me an advance copy of the novel in exchange for this review.

Enjoy!

I’ve been home for all of 24 hours and I already miss these Prince Edward Island sunsets 🌅

I almost didn’t catch this scene. Knowing that it was freezing out and I didn’t have much daylight left, I thought I’d just take a quick stroll down to the beach in Greenwich National Park sans camera. Little did I know the sky was about to put on a show and thus began a mad 20-minute jog to my car and back. I’m so glad I did that though — this was easily one of my favorite scenes.
