Autumn can be just as beautiful as summer 🍂✨
📍Fistral Beach, Newquay
A snapshot of Newquay in autumn by: @steph__andr
"Lukas has been volunteering with @waveprojectuk to give surf therapy to kids who need it, so Winston and I grabbed a smoothie from @nalucoffeehouse and spent a couple of hours on Great Western Beach while Lukas was in the sea. Had a quick hot choc from @greatwesternbeach and then FINALLY made it over to @rosa_nqy - I’ve been meaning to go since they opened back in summer, but life got in the way! The Sunday roast was delicious, and it was an added bonus to be able to sit outside. Will definitely be back to try their regular menu 👌🏼"
As the darker evenings settle in at Fistral, October brings breathtaking sunsets, rolling swells, and golden headlands. The pace slows, but the beauty of Fistral Beach only gets better. It’s the perfect time to escape and unwind by the sea.
With darker mornings and rainy days setting in, we’re not quite ready to let go of summer just yet. Here’s to reminiscing about those distant longer days, fiery sunsets, sea dips, and soaking up the best of Newquay’s coastal life.

Fistral in September hits differently! Fewer crowds, warmer water, and sunsets that make you stop and take it all in. Whether you’re surfing or just walking the beach, this time of year has a vibe all on its own. If you know, you know.

"Being able to get in the sea so frequently is the perfect way to wash away a bad day, celebrate a good one & even just appreciate everything home has to offer!"
