Here’s a shot of a Red Bird-of-Paradise lek on the island of Waigeo. Such an awesome experience!
Definitely worth all the early starts and hot sweaty pre-dawn hikes!

Curlew Sandpiper
Sorry we haven’t been very active on our page. Henry and I have been super busy and have been posting on accounts so make sure you follow us there to see more of what we’ve been up to, including lots of shots from our recent tour!
This was captured during one of our morning mud crawling sessions
So cool seeing these incredible shorebirds get a lot of colour like this. Completely transforms them doesn’t it!
