A winter wonderland on Lilleshall Monument ❄️

Standing 70 feet tall, Lilleshall Monument also known as the Sutherland Monument has graced the summit of Lilleshall Hill since 1833, commemorating George Leveson-Gower, 1st Duke of Sutherland.

There’s nothing quite like seeing it blanketed in snow, overlooking the Shropshire countryside.

Are you ready for an ice hockey match like no other? ❄️🏒

Join The Telford Spartans’ for their annual Christmas event – the Santa vs Elves Ice Hockey Match🎅🧝‍♂️

This year marks the 10th anniversary of this fantastic family-friendly event, full of good old-fashioned fun.

Enjoy the charity raffle with amazing prizes, and watch the players battle it out on the ice.

Last year, the event raised £1,600 for the British Heart Foundation, and this year the goal is to double it.

So grab your Santa hats or Elf ears and enjoy an afternoon of Christmas festivities.

Calling all Elf Cadets…Santa needs YOU 🎅 🫵

If you’ve always wondered how Santa delivers gifts around the world in just one night, wonder no more because the secret is out…he has help from the Royal Elf Force!

With a growing number of presents to deliver this Christmas, Santa has teamed up with the RAF Museum Midlands to train more Elf Cadets.

During an hour-long session, new recruits will learn how to load the sleigh, pick the right aircraft for the job, map a route for Santa, and deliver the presents via a parachute drop!
