The beauty of having an entire home gym of workouts available at my fingertips is that I can pick and choose one based on my mood, based on my body condition, or based upon exactly what I want to target.
I don’t know another place I could do what I do and spend less time than I’m able to right here, with my kiddos around me the entire time, watching momma set a good example on what taking care of your body looks like!
I was one of the naysayers, I admit it. I specifically recall thinking “what can something I do at home really do for me?!” 🤭
I was so wrong 🙈 This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and it’s the one thing I HAVEN’T quit.
I FINALLY believe in myself after QUITTING the gym, QUITTING boot camps, QUITTING personal training!

I always have seasonal items out for months after the season has passed 🙈
My house is a guaranteed zoo at all times 🐕👦🏻🐶👧🏼
But, I’ve committed to making myself a priority.
Whether it be quiet reading time, working out in the mornings alone, working out with craziness surrounding me, choosing foods to fuel me, soaking in all the tiny human hugs and kisses and snuggles I can get - I’m taking care of me!
You can be a mom and still be your own person! Being a mom doesn’t define you. Don’t let it!
Be a mom, a daughter, a sister, a provider, a fighter, a comforter, a shoulder, an ear, a kind heart, a good laugh.
Be more than you give yourself credit for 😘
