What type of travel do you specialize in? From tropical getaways to snowy mountain retreats, we can help plan the perfect trip wherever you’re going. We specialize in learning about our guests preferences and then pairing them with 4 or 5-star accommodations to meet their needs and identifying all the best things to do and places to enjoy while there. When should I start the travel planning process? While we know how to make it work in a pinch, our best work is done with plenty of time to craft the perfect itinerary. Depending on your vacation details, we recommend beginning the planning process 6-12 months in advance. Will pricing be the same as what I see online? When you book with Curated by Laura Poe, you can have confidence that we have access to exclusive industry rates, promotions, and amenities for clients. While we know you can search online booking engines on your own, often we are able to save you money, add a higher value to the trip, or both! We work with best in class suppliers, which allows us to provide you with the VIP treatment and perks you can’t access on your own. What if I need to cancel my travel? We understand that plans change, especially now during the pandemic. We highly recommend booking insurance through one of our trusted partners to ensure you’re covered when things come up so that we can help you navigate the cancellation process if need be. Depending on your specific travel details, you may incur cancellation fees.

Have you considered a river cruise? We're thrilled to be confirmed for the American Society of Travel Advisor's River Cruise Expo next year in Vienna, Austria! This is the largest river cruise event in the world, with the top 10 river cruise lines and their ships available to experience firsthand.

In addition to touring each river cruise ship, we'll have the opportunity to network with their leadership teams and enjoy lunches, dinners, and special events onboard.

During the Expo, we'll be staying onboard the beautiful Scenic Opal, which features all-inclusive, luxurious touches like private butler service, full step-out balconies instead of the French-style balconies found on most river ships, an in-suite mini-bar that's restocked daily, and even a salt therapy lounge! 😍

After the Expo, we're joining ASTA President Zane Kirby for a four-night Danube River cruise on the Riverside Mozart. I've heard Riverside is a perfect choice for foodies, and it's also been called "the Virgin Voyages of river cruise", so you know we have to experience this one! The Mozart has an indoor pool and whirlpool bath, spa, and even outdoor gardens on the top deck!

After that, we'll take the train to Budapest for another exciting river cruise adventure onboard Avalon Waterways, where we'll explore even more of the Danube!

Exciting updates are coming to first ship, Scarlet Lady! In addition to adding more suite cabins, Virgin will also be introducing new VIP cabanas with posh daybeds overlooking the Aquatic Club, a new full-service bar with intimate lounge space and elevated cocktails inside The Galley, an expanded casino with more slot machines, and a reimagined version of Razzle Dazzle — Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle, which will feature a Chinese-inspired menu with craft cocktails. Enhancements will take place during dry dock this Fall, beginning November 14. Can’t wait to check all of this out!
