Phenomenal fishing & fantastic catching on the Bay. There is a good mix of fishing being caught on the Bay west of the lighthouse such as Cohos, Splake, Perch, Pike, Browns, and even a few Sturgeon. The beauty of fishing on the Bay is that you can fish in the same hole with the same bait on the same day and catch all kinds of different fish! Inland the ice is thick with little snow and Pike, Panfish, and Crappies are being caught. So, get your fishing gear ready and practice ice safety. You can always call your local bait shop for ice conditions and an up-to-date ice report. Have a great time fishing!
