James and Kerry have just got back and this is the lovely email we've received:

We would like to thank you from the hearts of our bottoms, ooops, sorry, from the bottom of our hearts, seriously! Our bottoms are in fine fettle after a stunning week with you guys.

Cecile, your attention to detail from the moment we arrived, to sadly leaving, was awesome. You had an amazing way of making us feel totally at ease and the touches you provided will never leave us.

Tammy, your unbridled passion and knowledge you passed onto us left us breathless. To have so much information on animals, plants, trees and the incredible environment on our unforgettable safaris, we are blessed. Ons baie dankie.

Daniela, let there be no mistake, your unbelievable dishes you prepared, in not the easiest of conditions at times, left us gasping as they arrived at the table. Stunning and beautiful, sights to behold and was almost criminal to delve into them! Ons baie dankie.

Really fantastic when one of our hotels goes that extra mile:

...' just bk from the best week ever ! Described as 'Epic ' by one of our group. Riding was fab, had a dressage lesson too and did the famous 'bot ' scary !! Everyone had a great time and everything ran seamlessly thanks to Andres and his team. Looking forward to a girlie riding hols there next year. The weather was glorious too . Andres was very impressed with our bar bill !'

And then the wonderful reply from the hotel owner, Andres, when I passed on the complilments:

'for us was a pleasure to help them to make their holiday wonderful and that we reach their expectations. We thank you and we thanks them for the nice words that you dedicate to us and for the congratulations and I will transmit them to the rest of the team that compose the family of Binigaus Vell.
The most important of all, is to know that they enjoy your stay in Menorca and in Binigaus Vell (there is no better publicity) .
