By far my favorite dish from the Christmas markets in Alsace. Roasted potatoes with sauerkraut and pork. It was the perfect snack to warm up on a cold night!

We had the best lunch at Silver Spur Steakhouse located in Disneyland Paris! We had the half board so everything was prepaid. I had the salmon but the rest of the crew got the pork chop! We had the best lunch and our server waived our drink fee since we ordered off menu. We were treated like royalty while we were here!

Book a magical Christmas Market trip now! I can’t describe how magical the experience is. The towns feel alive with so many good spirits and food. Northern France has 70 small villages that decorate for the season and markets for all to enjoy. If you are interested we should plan together!

We are loving our hotel in Strasbourg. Les Haras Hotel is where you want to be for visiting Christmas markets. Today we are relaxing in the spa before we head out on our Christmas market tour!

We had a beautiful stay at the Disneyland Hotel Paris! This newly renovated hotel is absolutely magical. And it’s over the entrance to the park for an added perk! We did the half board meal and premier pass with our stay. Highly recommend!

The Palace of Versailles took my breath away. Our Kensington tour guide was excellent and taught us so much history and too us to Marie Antoinette’s private estate after Versailles. It was an incredible day in a beautiful city.
