¡Bienvenidos a nuestra página! We are glad you made it here! We are 8 travel and adventure loving girls who are studying Tourism at the HTW in Chur. What is this page about? This page will keep you up-to-date with our progress in planning our Study Week Abroad to Gran Canaria. What is the "Study Week Abroad" about? The "Study Week Abroad" is a part of our study program and the module "Project Mana

gement". The aim is to plan and organise one week in a chosen destination and to answer a research question, which is defined by us. What are we going to do there? We will hold several meetings with different business partners of the tourism industry. This will help us in answering our research question. And for sure we will have a lot of fun, explore the island and eat A LOT of tasty food. For sure you want to know what our research question is about? We want to figure out how the conflicts in the Middle East affect the tourism industry in Gran Canaria. And if Gran Canaria is "The Perfect Escape" for frightened tourist of other destinations as well as how long this "boom" will last. When will it take place? Our trip will take place from the 4th to the 11th of June 2016. Stay tuned and follow us on our journey!
