Thanks to all of those who joined my tour for charity! We managed to raise almost 500 Euros for Onkorat, an association in Berlin that supports cancer patients. This photo was taken in front of the Griesbach Haus on Fasanenstrasse. It was freezing today, yet everyone was such a good sport! And we brought along tea and Glühweine to keep everyone warm. And a big thanks to my friend Janell and her dog max for bringing some delicious baked goods. It was nice to meet new people. Have a lovely weekend!

At the Brandenburg Gate with Leslie Gordon, the Executive Director of The Breman Museum , which is the Jewish Museum in Atlanta. Before heading off to a work training in Munich, Leslie had a morning to explore Berlin..I am honored that she chose me as her tour guide. We both have a background in theater and a special Swedish connection, so we had so much to talk about beyond Berlin's Jewish history. She is a truly inspiring woman. I hope to visit her Museum one day! Have a great time in Germany Leslie, and thanks for touring with me.

Another wonderful tour with the American Women's Club of Berlin in Kreuzberg and Friedrichschain. Thanks for touring with me yesterday instead of staying under the duvet on a cold gray day! We visited RAW a former train depot that is now a cool complex of night clubs, artists studios, street art and more.

Had a fantastic tour with the lovely women from the American Women's Club of Berlin. Thanks for booking a tour with me. The best compliment for a guide is returning clients. And we have been touring together since covid.

With my young friend Caroline in front of Hansa Studios where David Bowie recorded Low in the 70s when he was living here. He always had an afinity for Berlin. I am training to guide David Bowie tours for Insight Cities, an agency I enjoy working with and joined one of their tours to prepare. It was super fun and I always love learning new things about Berlin.

Best way to get into the Reichstag building is to book a table at the rooftop restaurant Käfer. It's modern German fine dining cuisine. The dessert 🍨was delicious! Have any of you been there? Let me know if you liked it in the comments.

Mexican street food is gaining popularity in Berlin. I have tried 2 excellent places in the last week.

Tonight, just before going to the movies, we grabbed a quick bite to eat at Mama Rosa Taquieria on Mehringdamm, Kreuzberg. I had sumptuous chicken quesedilas from home made corn tortias, yum! Pierre opted for a healthy chicken bowl. The nachos with guacamole that we snuck into the cinema was delicious. They also do cocktails. The place was packed and the service was quick and friendly.

The second place to check out is Gringos on Rosenthaler strasse in Mitte with pink camp decore and a small similar menu. The quesedilas here were also delicious.

This is Annie from House Targeryan. We met at a hotel in Prenzlauer Berg and I asked her if she would kindly take a photo with me. I did not get to meet her dragon though...

And for those of you who haven't seen me yet with short hair...yes, it's me...you recognize the red coat. Have a lovely weekend
