TERMS AND CONDITIONS

❖50% Reservation Fee to confirm the booking
❖Balance must be paid 30 Calendar Days before the travel date
❖Reservations are non-refundable
❖Standard hotel checkin/checkout: 2:00PM/12:00nn
❖Early checkin time and late checkout may be requested from the Front Office, subject to availability and pertaining fees if there is any
❖Guests extending stay beyond original reservation indicated in the booking order, shall be charged prevailing published rates at the resort
❖Rates may be changed in the event of increase in government tax during actual reservation

Rebooking Policy:

❖Re-booking of rooms will apply within 2 months from original date of departure. Cost shall be subject to adjustments based on prevailing rates during the new travel date.
❖Rebooking is free as long as notification is sent 30 days before the travel date ( subject to availability)
❖Revisions on booking 20 days prior to arrival date, shall be charged fifty (50%)percent of the total contract price.

Cancellation Policy

❖Cancellation charge of equivalent to 1 night Room Rate if notification is sent 25-30 days prior to arrival date
❖Full charge if notification is sent 20 days or less prior to arrival date, no-show, or, cut short stay

Child Policy
1-2 = Free of Charge (FOC)
3-6 = 50% Off on Tour Activities only
7- Above = Adult Rate

FORCE MAJEURE

B&D Travel and Tours or our Tour Partners will not be held liable for any damage due to any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God (such as hurricanes, earthquakes,flooding), fire, Government restrictions (including the denial or the cancellation of any export or other necessary license) wars,terrorists acts, labor union strikes, insurrections

and/or any other cause beyond the control of B&D Travel and Tours or our Tour Partners whose performance is affected. Should any B&D Travel and Tours or our Tour Partners activities be canceled, postponed or otherwise adversely impacted as a result of a force majeure event, there shall be no refunds for payments already received by B&D Travel and Tours or our Tour Partners.
