We are relieved to report that our home was not flooded and has no Hurricane damages. We stood strong with some damages during Ian 2 years ago but are happy to say we had no damages during Helene and Milton 🙏

: Hurricane has made landfall on Siesta Key in Sarasota County as a Category 3 with winds of 120 mph. This is the 3rd hurricane landfall in Florida this year, along with Debby and Helene. WINK is live now with 24/7 coverage.

NEW: Latest models just came out for as of Sunday morning. The trend has not been our friend Southwest Florida, they have shifted south. Look at the bottom image. That is a consensus model, often times better performing than others. Magenta (pink/purple) is the most recent, Red is 12 hours ago, Orange is 24 hours ago. The NHC often times will stay close to this line, so I expect a small adjustment south in their cone at 11 AM. Could this shift a little back north? Absolutely. Tampa Bay is still in the mix here. But it could also continue to shift a little south. Look for consistency and trends going forward. I'll be with you every step of the way with no hype and just the facts. I'll continue to provide frequent updates throughout the day.
