Jennifer Davis Coaching As a Leadership Coach, I’d like to introduce you to yourself at your absolute best: strong, smart, empowered, and ready to take your life by storm!

I’d like to introduce you to yourself at your absolute best: strong, smart, empowered, and ready to take your career and life by storm! As a Leadership Coach, I’m passionate about connecting you to the energy, inner strength and motivation that will enable you to become even more amazing than you already are. All it takes is some curiosity, hard (but fun!) work, and a willingness to do things dif

ferently. I’ll be your champion and partner, utilizing positive energy, strategic thinking, coaching frameworks, and business and life experience to support and encourage you to:

•Optimize your inspiration and motivation regarding your business
•Set and achieve professional and personal goals
•Improve your planning, team-building, time management, marketing, and other skills
•Attain work / life balance and stronger business and personal relationships
•Fully step into a life filled with confidence, integrity, values, and well-being

I believe that everyone has the innate capacity to not only maximize personal effectiveness and business results, but also to find fulfillment and happiness in all areas of life. We will co-create a safe and courageous space so you can change fundamental assumptions, perspectives, behaviors, or ways of "being" in order to reach dreams and goals. Let’s silence that inner critic and increase confidence and excitement so you can attract success, opportunity, and well-being. I have helped many individuals—from small business owners to Fortune 500 employees to attorneys to architects to artists and dance instructors —find the inspiration and clarity to achieve meaningful personal growth. My areas of specialty include:

•Maximizing leadership and overall personal effectiveness
•Building confidence and inner strength
•Defining and living life purpose
•Attaining inner peace through mindfulness, emotional processing, and energy work

I’ve held numerous corporate, coaching/consulting and volunteer positions over the past 25 years, including those in brand management, sales and marketing, and investment banking, at General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, and Kidder, Peabody. My clients have included Warner Lambert, Nabisco, Hershey, Pfizer, Elkins Park Family Medicine, and the Hopewell Public Library. I currently also provide pro bono coaching for AmeriCorps as well as for executives in the United Nations (and other philanthropic staff) for the Humanitarian Coaching Network and am on the preferred Executive Coach registry for Stanford Graduate School of Business alumni. I received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and trained at the Coaches Training Institute, through which I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coaching Federation. I am certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment and development tool and leadership culture survey. I hold a BA from Tufts University, where I was a Phi Beta Kappa member. I live in New Jersey with my husband, teenagers, and a Portuguese Water Dog. My hobbies include yoga, jewelry design, writing, running, hiking, mixed media artwork, and Pilates. My coaching is high on authenticity, fun and humor—I love my job! Please contact me if you’d like to work together.

More diverse voices & stories in the world, please!

Great video that highlights the collaboration of our Ginger Leadership Communications team and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner to boost the voices of their female leaders, alongside female leaders from their clients.

It was an honor and pleasure to work with these incredible women as they overcame their obstacles while creating and presenting their final talks.
