In the spirit of keeping an open mind and embracing new challenges, I recently had the opportunity to work with a client who requested a few items I had never created before—for an event I had never even heard of!

While designing her pieces, I not only expanded my creative skills but also learned so much along the way. So, the next time someone asks me for a barn stall banner or a camper banner, I can proudly say—it’s not my first rodeo!

Yesterday marked my very first wedding as a professional coordinator.
Even better fact: It was a total success!

With nearly 200 guests in attendance, we managed every detail like seasoned pros. This is the kind of work I’ve dreamed of doing for so long, and I’m incredibly grateful to our amazing clients for trusting me with such a special day.

So often we have champagne dreams with a beer budget! I'm guilty of it myself at times! This is just a realistic post of something that occurs more often than not. Many people will have a vision of what they'd like, for example, by seeing someone else's event. However, they do not know how much that persons event costs and if its respective to their budget. In the same way you can't buy a Mercedes with $100, you cannot get lavish events for cheap. Your wants can be heard and ways can be made in accordance with your budget...but you cannot expect $8k work with a $500 budget. This is precisely why we offer payment plans that expand as far as a year. I'm just saying, you get what you pay for! I'm not sure about you but when it comes to my personal events, I'm not pinching the penny because I want my vision to come to life! **pictured is not an event by me, but is my event for reference😊**

Let's talk about ✨PRICING✨

When it comes to events, many people ask the big question "how much will that cost me?"

This is why we ask 👉🏾"what is your budget?"

When it comes to events, options are endless! There's definitely a difference in price points and everyone has different budgets, and some with no budgets at all!

We try very hard to keep pricing reasonable, quite actually we have yet to profit because we have tried to maintain affordability for our clients while still working at being a new business & building upon our skills.

We are hopeful to get to the point of providing luxury events, but to get there we will have to be firm with our pricing. All events will now start at $500, as charging any less than this is not within the best interest of our business as we seek to provide quality events while also being able to make a profit as opposed to trending negatively as we put additional company money into events.

This is in regards to event decorating. As for coordinating and planning, we will always provide pricing according to your specific needs opposed to one set pricing as there's no "one size fits all" when it comes to weddings!

Keep in mind, as we are a "collective" we can still provide things for your event needs without being there to decorate! We can do welcome signs, stationary such as place cards or invitations, custom/personalized items, etc.! We offer many different things, and truly say- if you have a need, don't hesitate to inquire with us as even if it's something we can't do- we will tell you who can!

✨Remember, it costs you $0 to inquire and get a proposal/quote and we do offer very flexible payment arrangements!✨
