🌵🧗‍♀️ Ended the year and started the year with lots of visits to the desert for some climbing 😁 It’s exciting to be climbing harder routes, practicing lead climbs and revisiting rappelling! Looking forward to more adventures in 2025 ✨

☀️ Our first Lift Life Travel adventure in Thailand was one for the books! I had a blast with these ladies as we explored Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Krabi. Thank you to all the wonderful women who brought themselves to this experience, and thank you Sonrisa for creating this new adventure for us ❤️ I’m grateful to see our company growing and excited to see what continues to come ✨

🛵 It’s wild to think that I started my time in Vietnam as an English teacher and ended it as a facilitator of women’s adventure trips. It was a bittersweet moment passing the torch as I trained my team to lead our Vietnam trips without me. I’ve put so much of my heart into this adventure, but I’m happy to see that is growing and thriving with new group leaders. Leading my last two Vietnam trips brought on new unexpected experiences that I will never forget, from karaoke singing in Ha Long Bay, to exploring new cave systems 💕 Thank you Vietnam and those who experienced Vietnam with me ❤️

✨ I once had a vision of creating an adventure of a lifetime for women in Guatemala…The last 10 days I journeyed with 11 women around this beautiful country, experiencing adventure to the fullest! We had so so many laughs along the way. Our differences made our experience special and our sisterhood was strong. I will miss you all! Thank you ladies for joining me on this igniting adventure!! 💕

✨ Watching experiences unfold as a co-creator is a beautiful thing. I’m grateful .mystic.flow invited me to support this impactful retreat in Guatemala. My younger self watched her dreams come true as I taught yin yoga classes at this gorgeous retreat center , I reconnected with my best friend from Hawaii, Beth, who joined as our massage therapist, & I learned from .in.the.flow as she led this experience of healing & connection. To top it off, I enjoyed nature’s best show of volcanic eruptions while giggling around the campfire 🌋

✨ Another wonderful trip leading another wonderful group with . I honestly get nervous before every trip I lead, and then I’m reminded during every trip why I love my job. I’m so grateful to spend time getting to know each amazing woman while sharing with them what I love about Vietnam.

❤️ Vietnam continues to wow me. I’m grateful to have explored this country with so many incredible women, who loved Vietnam just as I did. I’m looking forward to adventure with more women in 2023! Who wants to join me Feb 15-25? 😉

After 4 years, I’ve returned to Vietnam ❤️ This time, I’m here doing a job I love, & I’m enjoying this country in a whole new way.

I left Vietnam with intentions of returning one day to do what I love…& I did! Although I did not expect to be a part of my journey at the time. Now here I am putting together an incredible itinerary in a country I fell in love with years ago. What a beautiful surprise.

Life is amazing…we are the artist of our lives. We can decide to refocus on positivity & light. We can believe in our dreams. We can trust the learning process through the seasons of light & darkness. We can be compassionate to ourselves in that process. Because there will always be ups & downs, trials & errors…but that’s what makes life beautiful. It’s a beautiful chaos - much like the traffic world in Vietnam ❤️

🏔 It’s amazing revisiting yourself on a trail - especially on the Inca Trail. It was such a joy getting to know the amazing women on our trip, & I’m so grateful to have led our Peru trip with my business partner this year ❤️

🥾Here’s what I’ve learned on my second visit:
- The Inca Trail hasn’t lost its luster, even after only doing it a year ago. It really is one of the most beautiful trails I’ve ever been on.
- I recognize my growth as an individual & a leader since leading this trip last year.
- The Inca Trail offers so much growth for everyone ✨ I loved witnessing the experience of women on our trip achieving the trail, building friendships, & processing important aspects in their lives that they haven’t had the time & space to process within the busy-ness of their lives.

🏄‍♀️ I remember when I was a little girl, I would watch surfers & think, “I could never do that, so I’ll just enjoy watching them & wish that were me.” This last year I decided to screw that idea & get a handle on surfing. I fell in love with it. This summer, I was fortunate enough to have access to some of the best surfing spots, & threw myself into it, in hopes of improving quickly. I surfed as much as I could, & even got to upgrade to using one of my dad’s nicer boards (proof of improvement!! Thanks dad!) No more self-limiting thoughts…I’m going to continue to enjoy surfing for the rest of my life 🌊❤️

🌎 Looking towards 30, I always imagined I’d have it all together. I had big dreams of doing it all: traveling around the world, making a career through travel, and having a family. It’s interesting to see that I achieved some of those by 30 - I’ve had more incredible experiences around the world than I could’ve ever imagined, and I co-own a travel business, . When it comes to the family part, well, I still feel very much like a kid and my goals just keep growing. To me, the family I created myself is my family of the world. I’m so appreciative of all the wonderful people I’ve met in my life who have taught me and loved me, who continue to be a part of my life, while growing as individuals themselves.

✨ I’m proud of where I’m at today. I’m excited for new adventures and life lessons as I continue on this next decade of my 30s.

☀️ Such a fun way to end the spring season with . This roadtrip around the island brought us some unexpected surprises, including goat therapy & an incredible lava lake at Kilauea. This marked our 6th trip in a year of . We’re so excited for the years to come 💚
