Today is an extraordinary day for us. It's our 16th anniversary in the vacation rental business. WOW! 🎂😎 We're beaming with pride as we reflect on this incredible journey of transforming and managing beach condos along the Emerald Coast.

To all of our followers and guests, we extend our deepest gratitude. Your trust and loyalty have been the bedrock of our success. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we're dedicated to providing you with a "sand😎sational" guest experience in our beach condos.

Thinking back to our humble beginnings, it feels like just yesterday when Mike, my husband, and our son Darren, driven by lots of curiosity, discussed the idea of venturing into vacation rentals. I'll admit, I thought they had "totally" lost their minds.😜 But with the entire family on board, including the grandchildren, we embarked on our beach adventures. Countless property visits later, we acquired our first condo in 2009, and the adventure began.

The journey wasn't just about sandy beaches and sunsets; it involved hours of painting, carpentry, and numerous trips to the hardware store. I even picked up unexpected skills like sheet rocking and tile laying - who knew manual labor could be so rewarding (and not lead to weight loss😁)? Over the years, we expanded to 3 more condos, each with a labor of love, resulting in perfect beach homes for our extended family, which includes you.

In 2019, we took another leap by venturing into vacation property management, giving birth to "Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals." It's been a learning curve, but we're thrilled with the direction our business is taking. We're not aiming for massive inventory but rather a small high-quality selection of beach condos for you to choose from.

Building this boutique business from scratch has been incredibly rewarding, especially with the connection of our families. What starts as a guest relationship often turns into a genuine friendship.

Thank you for your patronage and friendship over the years. Here's to many more years of creating memories and providing you with exceptional beach getaways.
