If youโ€™d told me 15 years ago that Iโ€™d willingly get into a helicopter, I would have laughed (and maybe cried a little) at the thought. On my honeymoon in Maui, I had the chance to go for a helicopter rideโ€”but my fear of flying and anxiety about not being in control stopped me.

Fast forward to earlier this year, when I found myself in stunning Saint Lucia, facing a decision: take a 90-minute car or ferry ride (hello, severe motion sickness!) or a 10-15 minute helicopter transfer. Terrifying? Yes. But the idea of being sick on winding roads or choppy waters was worse, so I took the leapโ€”literally! ๐Ÿš

To my surprise, the flight was incredibly smooth, and I ๐‘™๐‘œ๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘‘ ๐‘–๐‘ก. By the time we landed, I was even tempted to take the helicopter back for my return! Instead, I opted for a private transfer to try both options and share the experience with my clients.

This adventure reminded me how important it is to step out of our comfort zones. Life gets more interesting when we embrace the unexpected, and who knowsโ€”you might even discover something you truly enjoy!

The first time I visited Turks and Caicos, I was memorized by the beautiful water and sugary smooth sand. I sat my butt down in the sand and didnโ€™t move from the spot the entire day. (And I had never ever done that before in my life. Iโ€™d usually get bored at the beach after about 15 minutes.)

This photo so from my visit last year to Disney Castaway Cay. Iโ€™ve also traveled to Jamaica, the Bahamas, and St Lucia. Itโ€™s difficult to pick a favorite one. As long as I have a beautiful view of the gorgeous ocean while sitting on a powdery beach, Iโ€™m a happy!

Moral of the story is that if you think youโ€™re not a beach person, perhaps you havenโ€™t found the right one!

Our Story

Hi โ€“ my name is Nicole!

I have loved travel ever since I can remember! Growing up in New Jersey, my family was fortunate enough to vacation fairly regularly. We would take day trips to Hershey Park, long weekends to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, the National Aquarium in Baltimore (Maryland), and even a visit to the island of Maui. My favorite vacation spot was always Walt Disney World Resort! There is just something about the Magic that can be found here that always attracted me to it. I even got to live my dream of marching down Main Street U.S.A in Magic Kingdom with my high school marching band! (Ok, well, maybe my dream was to play the clarinet in the parade and not the tuba, but you get the pointโ€ฆ)

All throughout college and early adulthood, I always found myself in charge our travel plans. It started in college while I was involved in professional societies. I was the one who always worked out the details for attending our regional and national Engineering conferences. During early adulthood, I became engrossed with planning every detail of our family vacations. Becoming a travel planner and professionally assisting clients was a natural progression for something I felt passionate about.

I love helping my clients plan the perfect vacations for their needs and their budgets! I think every parent deserves to be able to watch the face of their child as they experience seeing Cinderella Castle for the first time. It really is the best feeling in the world! I love helping my clients with the details of their vacations so they can enjoy the special moments such as these.
