Our Story
Luxury Modern apartments for Holiday Rental, or longer term rental from November. Stella City complex opened April 2018 in Selim Gunday street - good for town living; here watch traditional Turkish life and meet the locals, being convenient for all transport routes and the Sunday village market. Relax with a coffee in our front aspect cafe! Our original Stella Classic complex is located by the long Calis beach so you can choose a suitable location from downtown or beach! Stella City - 9 Aparts on the upper floors with 3 x 1 bedroom aparts available on ground floor, pool facing. 1 Bedroom units sleep 3 guests with a sofa bed in sitting room, consisting 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen and sitting room, 1 balcony for outdoor dining. On 2nd floor three 2 bedroom apartments sleep 5 guests consisting open plan kitchen and sitting room, with sofa bed in sitting room, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony for outdoor dining. (A) Sleeps 4 guests - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen and sitting room with sofa bed in sitting room, 2 balconies, or (B) Sleeps 5 guests - 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, open plan kitchen and sitting room with sofa bed. 3rd and top floor apartments have partial sea views.
