At Atlanta Airbnbs, our mission is to help every guest that comes to our amazing city to have an amazing, restful, and comfortable experience. The Cleaning and Hospitality team’s role is to be the on-the-ground creator of that experience, preparing each space for our guests’ stay.

You’ll lead a team to clean at each of our local short term rental properties between guests, as well as set it up for a comfortable, restful stay. We’re especially looking for leaders who are looking to grow in a company. Hours are part time, primarily on the weekends (but are open to those looking for more hours).

We are looking to hire a detail oriented, hard working employee who has a strong heart for hospitality, doesn’t mind being on their feet, can do physical labor, and enjoys behind the scenes work. Sometimes you are making beds and plunging toilets (creating environment), sometimes arranging flowers and furniture shopping, and a lot of in between. When you’re starting out with an Airbnb, there are a few common mistakes property owners make when first welcoming guests.

1. Unprofessional Photos- For the guest, it’s the first thing that catches their eye and their first impression of your space! Beginners will often sn**ch photos of their space with lowlight, bad angles, all captured with their phone. Professional photos are a MUST if you want a successful Airbnb.

2. Lack of Communication to Guests- Being a good host means letting the guest know how to find the home, how to get in, and where all the amenities are that they will need during their stay. Your five star review could go down each time the guest had to reach out and ask a question. SO, lots of good communication about their stay and your property is a top value to have.

3. An Empty Listing- Guests love to know what your home has to offer and the best close by stops and shops of your city. Beginners often throw up photos and basic information and don’t add any bonus tips for their stay, and can easily lose the attention and excitement of guests. Beef up your listing with all the good descriptions and recommendations to get more hits.
