Venture Small group adventure expeditions and events operator and designer We believe this leads to a refreshing change for the team and improves the group dynamic.

Our programs have been developed from over a decade of recruiting, training, inspiring, energising and developing our own leaders. We believe in the value of passion, approachability, communication, mutual assistance, teamwork and organisation, while teaching people how to develop and maintain a fun approach to becoming and remaining healthy and having new and interesting experiences. Clients will

learn about themselves and their capabilities as well as how to function as a group, therefore learning about each member's potential. We also believe that our program benefits employees by teaching them practical skills that are useful in their everyday life, something any employer would consider a good investment.

旅行業に興味があり、責任を持ってプロフェッショナルに働けるだけでなく、お客様と一緒に楽しめる方を募集します。

都内の少人数日帰りツアーが中心ですが、希望があれば宿泊を伴うツアーを担当して頂く場合もあります。

*業務内容*

海外からのお客様を中心に、安全かつ楽しいツアーを提供することがお仕事です。
日本の文化や、好きなところをお客様とシェアしてみませんか？？

*地域の文化や人と触れ合い、お客様にご紹介

*お客様のニーズに合わせ、さまざまなお手伝いやアドバイス

*美味しい料理をおすすめする

*日本人として、お手本になるような振る舞いを実践

*企業理念を理解し、さらなる発展に貢献、環境を考えたツアーを提供

求める人材：

*必要資格*

*人と話すこと、コミュニケーションを取ることが好きな方、得意な方。

*サービス業、旅行関係の経験がある方や、仕事などで人をまとめた経験のある方優遇
（プロジェクトリーダーなど）（必須ではありません）

*子供やお年寄りとの関わることが得意な方、興味がある方。もしくはそれに準じた職業経験がある方。

*体力に自身があり、長時間緊張感と責任を持って仕事ができる方。

*ネイティブレベルの日本語と、ビジネスレベルの英語力。

*チームプレイヤーで、前向きに物事に取り組める方。

*臨機応変に、解決策を探っていける方。

*非喫煙者

*word、excel、google spreadsheetが出来る方

*応急処置に関係した資格をお持ちの方優遇

勤務時間・曜日:

繁忙期と閑散期がありますので、都度ご相談させていただきます。
