TVIC Travel is returning to Cuba to support the Cuban people by taking desperately needed toiletry items. Last year we were able to bless them with a carry-on suitcase full of items. However, after distributing all of the items we took over there, we met a local vendor who asked if we had toothpaste or soap. We only had a mini, travel sized toothpaste and one bar of soap. When we gave it to her, she cried, and said her family really needed it. It was at that moment that I knew we had to return with items. We currently have some items that were donated by a mentoring group, but would LOVE to have more to offer.
If you’d like to join in supporting the Cuban people as well, reach out to me and I’ll collect the items from you (if you’re local), or you can donate via CashApp or Zelle and I’ll shop for the items. Donations are needed no later than Saturday, February 17th.
