Unreal food at this season. Their Prime New York steak has spicy peppercorn and is bedded on a truffle polenta. I COULD NOT believe my taste buds. Macedonia style cuisine, you can get Mediterranean seafood and classic steak options here to culture your palate. ☺️

🌾Hell’s Backbone Grill🌾
This nationally acclaimed restaurant is located in the remote southern Utah town, of Boulder.
We’ve been coming to this town since I was a kid and as I’ve grown, so has the reputation of this farm-to-table culinary treasure.
Tucked in Grand Staircase National Monument, there is care for breathtaking hiking and scenic drives around your dining experience. 🩵
Pictured here is my favorite goat cheese fondue and the famous “Jenchilada.”

is one of my all time favorite restaurants. It is Bill White’s first restaurant and the staples from the earliest days still are in the menu. They’re that good! Featured here is their mushroom soup topped with truffle oil. Dip a part of their house made bread into this creamy divinity and you’ll never be the same.
After being closed for a spell, Grappa is back open for the summer! I couldn’t be happier!
