TERMS AND AGREEMENT
1. A 50% DP should be paid within 24hrs upon confirmation of the reservation and the other 50% will be paid 2 weeks before the tour
2. No payment receive within 24hrs will automatically cancel the reservation

king of airfare travels we will automatically include the insurance charges provided by the airlines not unless our clients forbid us to do so.
5. All payments are strictly thru bank transactions only, once payments had been deposited kindly email us the scan copy of the deposit slip for validation
6.There will be no refund to any cancelled reservations
7.All cancellations should be made thru email to avoid any misunderstanding
8.Tour members should be aware that we are acting as Agent for the service suppliers
9.We reserves the rights to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including but not limited to, . an insufficient number of participants as required
