Exciting News! BioKen will be giving a highly informative talk at Cape Chestnut THIS THURSDAY at 11am! The aim is to raise money for the anti-venom trust so that they can keep doing their incredible work.
It will be KES 500/- entry fee and all are welcome. This money will go straight to the trust and will save many more lives!
Please support Bio-Ken and spread the word!
Children are welcome and it is a great chance to learn all about snakes!!!!

They've all arrived!!

Pete got in at 4.12am; Joss at 5.30am; with Jacqs, Sam, and Hollie crossing the finish at 5.56am (Moroccan time).

For anyone who was worried about Joss - his tracker froze on checkpoint 4 all night - it was just a fault with the tracking device.

Massive congratulations to the team for completing the 91km stage!

They've got a day of rest and then a full marathon distance to run tomorrow...

Incredible efforts!

**UPDATE**

Two hours later and they're still at it!

Pete is now past checkpoint 5 (63.3km) and is moving swiftly on to checkpoint 6 (74.8km).
Sam and Hollie are almost through the gates of checkpoint 5 with Jacqs close on their heels and coming up to the 58km mark.
Joss seems to have slowed his paced slightly but is still in good time to reach checkpoint 4 (50.2km) before it closes at 1am (Moroccan time), giving him 1.5hrs to cover the small distance remaining.

The team's epic display of steady endurance is all in the name of raising awareness and funds for wildlife rangers in Kenya.

As we landed on the top of this morning, was waking up to the reality of the horrific which took more than 140 lives. Its times like this that we need to remember and for us to stand in solidarity. Our thoughts are with all the people devastated by this heartless act.
