I spend my time being with my family, enjoying the sunshine, reading, homeschooling, and of course, helping women have satisfying birth and breastfeeding experiences! I chose to become a birth doula after birthing my first child and realizing how vital it is to have good support during that momentous time, and with that, how rewarding the birth process can be. With support, helpful techniques, and

plenty of information, I know that a woman can listen to her body and achieve her ideal birth. I received my doula certification through DONA International.
