It's Christmas, the children and many of us are happy, it’s finally here🌠.
We wish each of you a merry Christmas, much love, good loughs and well spend time with family and Friends.
This one that is not well, we send the best wishes for a fast recovery. We have you in our Hearts, and hope to see you soon again.

About Hospice service utila

At Sunrise Utila we believe strongly in the profound impact of hospice care, recognizing it as a gift that provides comfort, dignity, support and quality time for the patient and their family during the end of life.
While most Locals prefer to die at home, more than half of patients eligible for hospice do not elect to receive it. Among those who do, most only experience hospice care for a few days or weeks, even though patients with a life expectancy of six months or less are eligible.
Unfortunately, because of this, one of the most common phrases we hear from patients’ families is, “We wish we had known about this service sooner.”
As you and your family navigate your loved one’s health challenges, don’t feel guilty when seeking information and help from professionals.

En Sunrise Utila creemos firmemente en el profundo impacto de los cuidados paliativos, reconociéndolos como un regalo que brinda comodidad, dignidad, apoyo y tiempo de calidad para el paciente y su familia durante el final de la vida.
Si bien la mayoría de los lugareños prefieren morir en casa, más de la mitad de los pacientes elegibles para cuidados paliativos no eligen recibirlos. Entre los que lo hacen, la mayoría sólo recibe cuidados paliativos durante unos días o semanas, aunque los pacientes con una esperanza de vida de seis meses o menos son elegibles.
Desafortunadamente, debido a esto, una de las frases más comunes que escuchamos de las familias de los pacientes es: "Ojalá hubiéramos conocido este servicio antes".
Mientras usted y su familia enfrentan los desafíos de salud de su ser querido, no se sienta culpable al buscar información y ayuda de profesionales.

We reseantly refreshed the look from our Kenap tree apartment, we aded a roof over the porch, witch make it nicer to seat there.
