The doors of the nativity facade at Sagrada Familia were created by the sculptor Etsuro Sotoo. They are made of bronze and decorated with leaves and small animals like frogs, flies, spiders and snails, following the example of Antoni Gaudí in using nature as a source of inspiration.

The former hospital Hospital de Santa Creu i Sant Pau is made up of several pavilions and was designed by the architect Lluís Domenech i Montaner.
