Beach front resort in an ordinary set-up! The ambiance is very tropical! The venue is peaceful. Has 6 rooms, 3 rooms have own CR, 3 rooms have shared CR/bathroom. With spacious parking space, 30 meters going to highway. Very accessible to tourist destinations. L0cated near to Old Church Ruins and Sunken cemetery. Has a space for dining along the beach. Has a videoki for rent. Could also be a venue of simple events or celebrations. Can accomodate 20 people.

Has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has aircon and own CR. This is located along the highway, 200 meters walk to the beach. A quiet place, less neighbors. It could cater 15 people and more. 2 bedrooms will have electric fan.
Monthly rate including the business space is 25K
