In 2005 Kevin Berthia went to the Golden Gate Bridge to end his life.
He ended up talking about his life with Officer Kevin Briggs for 92 minutes while he was on the edge of the bridge.
10 years later they meet on the same bridge in much better circumstances.
Good words and good people can change everything.

Suite Dreams California has a collection of homes in Tulsa. We are grateful to the Tulsa City Staff & Council members for their thoughtful and in-depth approach to determining the best avenue.

Short Term Rental Operators must continue to be professional, deliver great experiences for their guests, and be good neighbors.

We look forward to continuing our great relationship with the City as we move forward into this new era.

City councilors voted 8-0 Wednesday to approve regulations for Airbnbs and other short-term rentals.

I invested my time today to help Tulsa homeowners and the Tulsa Planning Commission understand the niche of short term rentals. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for our guests, which in turn means a positive impact on our neighborhood and the City of Tulsa.

Today was just one day, there will be more discussions as we move through the City Council review and implementation of future regulations.

Owners of Airbnb and other short-term rental properties not living in the residences would have to get special exceptions to the zoning code before operating their businesses.
