Dive and drop a letter via sea mail !

There is a network of these underwater mailboxes:

One red letter box is 33' deep down at Susami’s underwater mailbox, off a small fishing town in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan -- Between 1,000 and 1,500 pieces of mail are collected annually, and as of 2018, nearly 38,000 letters had been sent.

In 2003, Vanuatu launched the Underwater Post Office, where divers can send off waterproof postcards that have been embossed with the help of postal workers stationed on the seafloor.

And in 2015, Malaysia unveiled its underwater mailbox located 131 feet below sea level, breaking records as the deepest underwater mailbox in the world.

UFO Treetop Hotel

Like a scene from E.T., an electric ladder slowly descends from a hatch, silently beckoning you up into the spaceship. Inside, you’ll find snug beds covered in starry sky textiles, a micro bathroom with eco-toilet, and a compact dining area. Wires connected to nearby trees suspend the sci-fi shack mid-flight, so you’ll be gently swayed to sleep by the breeze.

Local activities include visiting Sámi herders, year-round fishing in the local Lule River, dog sledding, catching a glimpse of the northern lights, or simply relaxing in the onsite sauna which also hangs from the trees.

In Swedish Lappland, 45 minutes from the Arctic Circle and an hour’s drive from Luleå airport, lives the Treehotel. In the cluster beside the spectacular UFO hotel, are seven other eight fantastically themed tree houses including the bird box-covered Biosphere, a giant bird’s nest, a mirrored cube that blends seamlessly with the pine forest surroundings.
