They already happen during school holidays in arts centres in Somerset and Wiltshire, and also as after school clubs and for other organisations. They can also be booked as fun and creative alternative birthday parties and for other special occasions. Our workshops include:

Crowns and Tiaras..and a whole range of Christmas and Halloween themed activities. We invent all sorts of fun projects to do and make, and we use all sorts of materials, from laptops to potting compost. We love thinking and designing creatively, recycling, making personalised art and design projects, and most of all, having fun! Youngsters normally have too much fun to notice that the workshops also have elements of literacy and numeracy, such as measuring skills and telling the time, along with all sorts of other topics like gardening and healthy eating. And this is one of the reasons that organisations such as schools, and other organisations use Make It! We love inventing the activities for you, but we’re always really happy when you add your own artistic ideas and put your own creative stamp on them. We supply everything you need, just bring your imagination.

We're going to be exploring the theme of 'Freedom' and being as 'Free as a Bird', by imagining and modelling flying creatures. And we thought you'd like to hear this poem By Matt Goodfellow called 'When I Swing'.
