Adventure Awaits with the Sturgills

First day of January trip- arrived & went straight to AK, ride rides, had lunch at Yak n Yeti, had drinks at Nomad lounge, rode more rides, then park hopped to HS. Rode rides, watched shows, explored the entire park, enjoyed Woodys Lunchbox, then checked into Pop Century.

Initial thoughts based on today- HS was difficult to get any preselections past 1/2 pm as usual. It is imperative you get your first pulls as early as possible, esp for your must dos!!!! Pay for Rise if it’s important to you.

Pop Century is loud. The external doors are def not as soundproof as many of the other resorts we’ve stayed in here. Plus the outdoor areas lend themselves to kids running and playing, so it’s not quiet outside either. The suitcases rolling down the sidewalks are annoying too. If you’re a light sleeper- bring a noise machine and/or earplugs!!! Or pray you pass out in a deep sleep each night 🤣

It is interesting that it’s almost the exact same layout as Art of Animation- except that AoA has internal doors and that changes the feel entirely!!!! Sooo much quieter and just feels a little nicer because of that. I still LOVE the theming here but I’m not sure how anyone sleeps. I know the first night is always the hardest so maybe that’s part of it too (or I’m just impossible these days lol)

Lots of new stops on the list today- like the waterpark!!! Which is a perk for all 2025 resort guests!!! Plus we’re moving to Caribbean Beach!!!

Just deposited on 5 rooms at Disney in 2025!!!

1 at Pop Century for Spring Break for a family of 4 with a first time visit for one of the children- always a magical trip!!!

4 at Contemporary for Christmas with a theme park view- an extended family of 13 enjoying the magic of the season together!!

And I will be there in 72 hours!!!!! Soooo excited to show you everything we are doing this weekend. Stay tuned!

Just booked 2 rooms on Radiance of the Seas for this August to Alaska!!

So excited for my friend from elementary and middle school to enjoy a cruise with family and friends to see this gorgeous part of our country!!

Wait for tomorrow when you see how many Disney rooms I have depositing- it’s insane!!! 🫣🧚 You guys have kept me BUSY this weekend!!! Earning my time off this coming weekend lol

Some people started their New Year with a hike or workout... I started with 2 Disney Cruise Line bookings and a Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection booking!!!!!

I am not sure how 2025 will go- but this sure feels like a pretty awesome start. You all know how much I love an amazing vacation and these 2 brands are known to be top tier options. So excited for my clients and thankful that they trust me to help navigate their adventures!!!

Today’s been a cruise heavy day… I feel like wave season is starting early!!!! 🌊 😎

Disney released a new promo today for Disney + subscribers- specific sailings and room categories have kids sailing at 50% off (3rd and 4th guest only when 2 full priced fares are in the same cabin)!!!! 🥳🧚🎆 I may have one held for myself too in May 😂 (FYI- Dream sailings in early and mid May, out of Fort Lauderdale, are the best pricing!!)

Then working on a Ritz Carlton yacht cruise for next December for 14 days starting in Singapore and going to Hong Kong!!! 😎🛥️

This week has been AMAZING for bookings!!! I have booked Disney for a family of 5 over Spring Break at Caribbean Beach, a cruise on Royal Caribbean for a family of 5 for Spring Break (an amazing deal on Oasis of the Seas too!!), a mom/daughter trip to Aruba for a birthday celebration in Feb, and an Alaskan cruise in July of 2026 for a party of three because the pricing is awesome that far out!!!

Working on a quote for a Disney trip for a party of 7 in Sept of next year... as well as a few other cruises, Disney, and Universal trips!!!!

Royal Beach Club in Nassau coming Dec 2025!!!

This will be a paid entry unlike Perfect Day, but food and beverages will be included!!! Water taxis will transport to you the area and towels and lockers are provided.

Cabanas will cost extra but they look similar to what we had in the HideAway of Perfect Day- and those were amazing!! There is an ultimate family cabana too with a slide and private whirlpool.

New for 2025!!!!! Ambassador Program!!! Let us do the work for you- have a group trip you're considering but do not want to do the planning or work to make it come together- bring the idea to me!!!! You will get to travel for FREE, or a huge discount, and the only thing you have to do is get the group together.

Some ideas- group cruises (reunions, birthday celebrations, etc), Disney or Universal trips, Costa Rica, Hawaii. Europe... there is no limit- but obviously I like to plan trips that I have done myself and feel knowledgeable about.
