This past Saturday, April 6th, 2024, was the 2nd Annual:
Sam Vitale and Aaron Caruso Neapolitan Song Vocal Competition, held at the University of Michigan School of Music. Aaron and I are both alumni of the University of Michigan School of Music and were very honored and humbled by the entire experience. So many talented students coming in so prepared … but nervous none the same. Many had not sung a Neapolitan song before this competition. They all did a wonderful job!

Scott Piper, (Chair of Voice - Professor Univ. of Michigan) did a great job directing traffic so to say, making sure things went smoothly throughout the event. We were very happy to be part of this event, and that we are in a position to “give back” so to say. Not just financially, but hopefully with some good insights and real life “sharing” as well.

In total we awarded $6,500.00 in category winning's & encouragement awards!

Thank you to all those involved. Looking forward to seeing how the seeds from what we started continue to grow!
