We wanted to let you know that we have finalised an agreement with Midcounties Co-operative to transfer 16 of our travel branches – Allenton, Beccles, Deeping, Erdington, Ibstock, Lowestoft, Oakham, Thetford, Atherstone, Castle Donington, Diss, Glenfield, Kings Lynn, March, Orton and Whetstone - into Midcounties’ successful Travel business from today.

Regretfully, we have also taken the decision to close the remaining eight travel branches - Bourne, Rushden, Scunthorpe, St Ives, Great Barr, St Neots, Stirchley and Wisbech also from today.
If you have a booking with one of these branches it is in safe hands and all documentation and details will be transferred to the nearest branch transferring to Midcounties – details of which can be found via this link: https://bit.ly/3iith5s

There’s no need to worry; you don’t need to contact us, unless of course you have a query with your booking or you have a payment to make.

All tours, cruises, holidays and hotel breaks have been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. This includes all holidays operated by Shearings Holidays, National Holidays, UK Breakaways and Caledonian Travel.

All hotels trading as Bay Hotels, Coast & Country Hotels and Country Living Hotels have also ceased to trade and will not reopen.

We are currently working through our bookings and our teams will be in touch with all affected customers as soon as possible.
