Looking over the side

Trying to predict everything before you move

and yes, I could give you all manner of platitudes about how awesome you are

But you KNOW this already

So, take the leap

You do not realise just how much energy it takes to keep parts of yourself hidden.
You do not realise the shame within you that keeps you from ever feeling worthy enough to truly prosper.
You see others that you judge as unworthy prospering instead of you and you wonder why it is always harder for you.
You wonder why you have to work harder and go through so much pain to accomplish even the simplest things.
And it is simply because you have not accepted yourself.
You are using your energy to hide, rather than to create.
You believe you have to be perfect to get anything.

ALL THINGS ARE BEING MADE NEW
The past is the past.
It is gone.
You will not get it back.
And honestly, you don't want to.
It was not that great.
Annoying people, including relatives and friends.
Boring jobs and irritating colleagues.
Energy so low, you could hardly get out of bed in the morning but you are nothing if not pig-headed so you just kept maintaining the picture of normalcy with a massive grin on your face as though you had no care in the world.

Your whole life can be an ongoing prayer as you seek the Divine in everything...

Oh man, as I type this, I see again why spiritual intimacy is so similar to s*xual intimacy - I KNOW!!!!! How dare I say that? And yet I see why Songs of Solomon found its way into the Bible...

There is a longing, a deep, powerful longing to be so completely one with Spirit that yes, it is almost s*xual in nature...

And I want to qualify that but then I think “no"

Let those who want to think something terrible go ahead...

There is nothing wrong or shameful or evil about s*x - Ooops there I go qualifying it...

"Oh Papa, I long for and deeply yearn for more of you...

And I don’t always have the words to express it...

I choose to be always in communication with you...

THE TENSION
Sometimes, the tension is so thick, SOOOO thick and you just want to draw away and hide away and never ever come back up for air...

Sometimes, it feels like there is literally no point to your existence and you wonder if anyone will even miss you if you die and disappear...

Sometimes, you feel so alone in the push, the stress, the craziness of life...

And it just feels like too much...

Much too much

And what do you do then?

What I used to do was retreat, resolve, do whatever I can to relieve the tension fast...

Usually bad decisions were made from a place of fear and tension and lack...

Now what I do, is look it in the eye...

Stay in the fray...

Figure out how to turn it around into a blog...

Surely if I feel this way, someone else can do with knowing they are not alone...

Or maybe I do it just for me...

Who knows?

Who cares?!

I choose to write my heart out.

While sitting in the tension...

Waiting for it to pass...

Knowing that it is best not to make any serious decisions...

It is best to think as much as I can about what I am creating, about the vision, about the big dream...

And stay in the pressure...
