Why wouldn’t you use BW – Our pool of raw unconstrained talent will deliver high quality creative solutions. We have so much confidence in our people that we operate a pay what you think it’s worth model which means you lose nothing and only pay if you are happy with our work. HOW DOES BW SURVIVE? HOW DOES IT MAKE MONEY? Big Walrus feeds on fish not money. It survives on fish. Our model is about building our profile and the profile of those that work with us. We are not driven by money but creativity and we believe people who use our services will be fair and ethical and pay us what our work is worth. The Big Walrus works with small fish and gives them the opportunity to stand out and show their talent. We rely on the ethics and good will of other business – if they do not feed us we starve. The first time we do the work for free and ask the client to pay what it is worth. When the same client comes around again they must tell us how much they want to pay for the job they are asking us to do and we will either agree to do it or not. We won’t do competitive tendering, we want to swim in clear blue oceans and so do our business differently!
