This coming May, .life and I will be offering a long awaited adventure in one of my all time favorite cities, ISTANBUL!

Vanessa is a long time client and friend who has transformed her body and life over the years in such an inspiring way and she’s finally agreed to lead retreats with us!

Get ready for Yoga & Sculpting sessions that meet you where you are, incredible cultural experiences, delicious cuisine and fantastic excursions!

We will whirl with dervishes, learn about Rumí and his roots, shop the Grand Bazaar and pamper ourselves with a decandent spa and hammam day in this uniquely fabulous city! Many other treats included as well ✨

Our perfect day on retreat in Morocco :

7:30am Moroccan mint tea on a rooftop with seaviews

8-9:30am Soulful yoga practice in an historic castle-turned-riad with an incredible yoga instructor

9:45am Moroccan breakfast of homemade yogurt, spiced orange marmalade, pomegranate seeds, scrambled eggs with cumin & tomato and a BOWL of coffee

11am-12pm Rest in your perfectly designed boutique accommodation and get ready for the afternoon

1-5pm Enjoy a pampering spa day with Hallam scrub, Argan oil massage and time by a gorgeous swimming pool in the Moroccan sunshine laughing with new friends and enjoying a fresh mint lemonade after a delicious lunch of grilled veggies and salads

6-7pm Evening rooftop gentle yoga practice ending with a call to prayer from the town’s mosque reminding you how similar we all are at our core

7:30pm Dinner with friends by the cozy fireplace with a glass of local wine, fresh fish and veggies

9pm A quick evening walk around town to digest the day and bed by 10pm

Three ways to make sure you’re happy in this life :

1. Stay in your lane…what others are doing, saying or thinking about you is none of your business.

2. Listen to your intuition…overstimulation is so prevalent these days…get quiet and dig deep to understand what your soul truly wants and then work every day towards that.

3. Surround yourself with those who lift you up…pay attention to your energy levels when you spend time with someone. If you leave with a smile in your heart, those are your people. If you leave feeling depleted, slowly cut those people out of your life by setting boundaries and learning to say no.

BONUS : go on one of our yoga retreats! 🤣
