I first started PT with Hannah a year ago. Long term illness meant that I'd put on nearly a stone and I'd gone from training for a half marathon to being unable to cope with anything other than mild exertion.

Hannah's training plan has given me fantastic results: I've lost all of the excess weight and, at 36, am fitter and stronger than I've ever been.

Hannah's skill lies in making sure that every exercise is exactly tailored to my needs. She always seems to pitch sessions just right and no two sessions have been the same, so I never get bored. On days when I would rather sit on the sofa, having a session booked with her means that I'm always motivated to go to the gym. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hannah as a PT.
